I seen this wonderful website called http://www.todayiatearainbow.com there are some really great information that I just did not know where to start and where to finish so I encourage you to take a peak at his website and get your own personal thoughts. I’m going to start letting my oldest live in the “rainbow” food and see how he likes it. Very interesting and who would have thought!
